The Carrot Team
We work in small teams, each consisting of two or three experienced consultants with a mixture of recruitment and industry experience for the best of both worlds. We are REC members and our teams are encouraged to study for the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Cirp). So far Martin, Matt D, Liz, Emma, Lisa, Dan and Alice have taken the exam and passed with flying colours, but the others are hot on their heels!
The Market Research & Business Intelligence recruitment team is headed up by Debbie Anderson. She has 8 years experience in pharmaceutical market research, both agency and clientside. Matt Dwire joined the team following nearly 5 years market research agency experience and our other Matt, Matt Goldrick (or Matt G as he is known here to save on the whole 2 Matts in one team confusion thing), has recently joined as a graduate and is already making great progress in his career as a recruitment consultant.
The Healthcare Communications team is fronted by Lisa Short who has over 12 years of recruitment experience. Lisa is well supported by Emma Townsend, Alice Craven and Jane Stinger all of whom work hard on behalf of their candidate and clients. The Healthcare Comms team recruit for clients in Medical Communications, Medical Education, Advertising, PR, Publishing, Marketing and Digital. Laura Jones has recently joined and is currently training and learning from the team.
Dan Winter works on our Market Access, Pricing and HEOR accounts. With a background in market research Dan has now a wealth of experience and knowledge of this sector. Tina Garner has a background in market access and has recently joined Dan.
Chris Newall is our super resourcer. He supplies the consultants with a steady stream of candidate and client knowledge. There is not much he doesn't know about the pharma industry and sectors we cover!
The office and consultants are looked after by the lovely Rachel Mullaney. She doesn't let much get past her! Jo Dionysiou is our marketing manager and is responsible for most of our Tweets (follow us by the way! @carrotpharma), facebook updates www.facebook.com/carrotpharma , tumblr posts, blog updates, youtube video posts and newsletters and website updates. Lexxy Sturgess is our resident designer and also tweets and blogs for us.
