The Carrot Team

We work in small teams, each consisting of two or three experienced consultants with a mixture of recruitment and industry experience for the best of both worlds.  

The Market Research & Business Intelligence Recruitment team is headed up by Debbie Anderson. She has 8 years experience in pharmaceutical market research, both agency and clientside.  Liz Sutch has 3 years recruitment experience within the pharmaceutical market research field and Matt Dwire joined the team following nearly 5 years market research agency experience.

The Healthcare Communications team is fronted by Lisa Short who has over 12 years of recruitment experience. Lisa is well supported by Emma Townsend and Cheryl Hatton, both of whom are also vastly experienced recruitment consultants. The Healthcare Comms team recruit for clients in Medical Communications, Medical Education, Advertising, PR, Publishing and Digital.
