At Carrot Pharma Recruitment we like to thank our candidates for referring* friends or contacts to us.

We would like to thank you for these referrals by giving you a cheque for £150 or the equivalent amount to a charity of your choice. (Higher fees are occasionally payable depending on the urgency and/or seniority of the position).

• Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Carrot Pharma Recruitment has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time up to one year prior to the referral being made.
• Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if the referral is already on the Carrot Pharma Recruitment database.
• The candidate must have completed their probationary period with their new employer for you to qualify for the gift.
• We will operate a first come first served policy, where the candidate has been introduced by more than one person.
• Payments will only be made on the initial placement - further placements are excluded.
• Payment must have been received by our client for the placement before the gift will be sent to you.
• In the event of any disputes and following all reasonable checks, Carrot Pharma Recruitment’s decision will be final.
