Carrot Pharma sweeps up as IRP Award board announces shortlist.

Carrot Pharma Recruitment added to its accolades on Friday by securing shortlist status for four top industry awards. The Institute of Research Professionals (IRP) Awards were set up to recognize best practice, professionalism and ethics within the recruitment industry. Matt Dwire, Senior Consultant at Carrot Pharma Recruitment is up for Best Candidate and Client Experience, Alice Craven, Associate Consultant is up for Best Newcomer, Martin Anderson has been shortlisted for Best Business Leader and Carrot Pharma is a finalist for Best Small Agency to work for.

Again, the judges have been astonished by the standard of excellence and professionalism demonstrated in the entries received for the awards and again, they have had an extremely tricky time whittling them down to the crème de la crème”.
