Carrot picks up Best Candidate & Client Experience Award 2011!

Matt Dwire, Senior Consultant on the Market Research Team here at Carrot Pharma picked up Best Candidate & Client Award 2011 at the Institute of Recruitment Practitioners annual awards ceremony. Matt was chosen as the winner due to his excellent service to both clients and candidates. The judges were impressed that he took it upon himself to take a commute to test how difficult it would be for his candidate. He delivers great coaching for his candidates, making sure they are exceptionally well briefed. He has demonstrated excellent client service by filling multiple vacancies, and has been invited to contribute to other areas of his client's businesses. Matt really cares about his clients and candidates, and is striving to provide high levels of service at all times.
