There were many elements of working with Carrot that really impressed us; we felt we were working with people who cared – not just an agency that employed people who were ‘going through the motions’; the rapid turn around suited us and we felt like we were getting a 24/7 service. We are like most people incredibly busy and stretched - Carrot did the legwork on the project meaning all we had to do was meet with a small, really well selected group of candidates; no wading through a sea of ‘unsuitables’ who were just making up the numbers. I have had a lot of recent experience of recruitment agencies and have become a little cynical of the whole process as a result.
