Matt Dwire wins Best Candidate & Client Experience 2011!

We are extremely proud of Matt Dwire, Senior Consultant at Carrot Pharma Recruitment, who won Best Candidate and Client Experience 2011 at the recent IRP Awards. The judges were impressed by his dedication to clients and candidates. His extra coaching for candidates to ensure they are really well briefed before an interview and going so far as taking a candidate’s commute, to demonstrate how easy it would be for them, really stood out to the judges. The judges were also impressed by the number of placements made for clients and the fact that he had been asked by some clients to assist in other business areas.

There were a few sore heads the next day, because (of course) after winning the award, the Carrot Team enjoyed a few drinks to celebrate Matt’s achievement. Well done Matt, a real achievement!
