The Carrot Group of companies, Carrot Pharma and Carrot Intell, have added a new service to their client and candidate offerings: Carrot Personality Profiles. Using the Disc system, clients will be able to identify natural line managers and team leaders. It also helps ensure potential employees have a good fit with the prospective company and the job vacancy itself and candidates can use it to confidently talk about their strengths and how they behave in a professional environment. All the terms used in the reports are those which the hiring organisation would know and understand. Carrot decided to add this service due to increasing requests from Clients.
