Account Executive - Leading Healthcare Communications Agency - Cheshire

An opportunity has arisen within an International Medical Communications Agency for an Account Executive. With offices based in the US, London and Cheshire our client has recently won a new account and is now in a position to recruit an Account Executive to support the Account Manager and Directors.

The role of the Account Executive is to support the team in ensuring that the clients marketing objectives are met throughout the life of the Pharmaceutical product lifecycle through to launch.  This role requires the ability to develop strong client relationships and that the internal resources are utilised effectively. The Account Executive is required to work well as a team player and ensuring that company standards are met at all times. The Account Executive is often the first point of call for a client so a high level of professionalism and organisational skills are essential.

You will need to be working within a Medical Communications Agency already and have a basic knowledge of a therapeutic area or have very similar relevant experience. You should ideally have a scientific background coupled with a strong commercial acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Account Executive is responsible for the monitoring of budgets and timely invoicing and the ensuring that the objectives of proposals are met. Therefore this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to encompass Science, Business and Marketing into their role, and who is currently not working and looking for their first step into this field.
