Associate Director - Pharma Quant Market Research Agency - Oxfordshire

An Associate Director post has arisen with a pharmaceutical research agency in Oxfordshire, covering a maternity leave until December 2010.  This company works from a fantastic Oxfordshire location, with easy rail links to London, and the motorway network. They are specialists in online UK research, and are able to tap into a large network of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of custom market researchers
• Project manage research and production of syndicated research products
• Lead on data quality; checking output
• Working closely with client handling staff, supporting proposal writing and delivery
• Line management of several analysts and operations executives
• Working with panel management & fieldwork staff
• Managing quality control processes
• Ensuring a high level of client service is provided, by liaising with clients or the client account teams

We’re looking for somebody with solid experience of working within a market research agency and an excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry. You will be very organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to account manage and build client relationships. Quantitative expertise is essential. You will have sound knowledge of continuous and custom data, and some knowledge of online research. We’re looking for somebody who is a strong team player, and who has experience of some line management.
