Senior Medical Writer

An opportunity has arisen with a global medical communications agency, who specialise in strategic consultancy and communication expertise, for a Senior Medical Writer to join their growing team based in Oxford.

You will provide strategic direction and coordinate implementation of client communication programmes or activities, with a focus on marketing strategy, key messages, content and overall quality of all end products. Responsible for development and up to date understanding of the product and therapy area, overall quality of communication programmes of products and maintain client satisfaction with the project team.

You will communicate with clients, speakers and authors and liaise with members of the project, editorial and studio teams. You will be educated to degree level in medicine, pharmacy or life science, A higher degree would be an advantage. Ideally you will have a minimum of two years experience of working in medical communications or a similar environment. Be well organised and able to plan work effectively.
