A leading market research fieldwork agency which specialises in online healthcare (pharmaceutical) market research is looking for a Client Services Manager join their team. This agency has an exceptional reputation for its online research expertise and capabilities.

A Client Services Manager is sought for the Fieldwork Project management team. This role involves becoming a champion for client focus, outstanding customer service and project delivery. You will assume responsibility for ensuring studies meet client expectations and run to time and budget. This is through management of all stages of the project, from the clarification of key parameters, to development of the project timeline and client liaison. To this you will work with the Director of Project Management and a number of project managers and support staff.

We are looking for somebody with at least 4 years experience of fieldwork project management within healthcare market research. You should be able to demonstrate experience in all stages of project management, excellent client liaison skills, and a developed understanding of healthcare research. Knowledge of online research is desirable. You must have excellent attention to detail, and good time management skills.
