Account Manager / Senior Account Manager - Global Medical Communications Agency - Central London

The aim of this role is to effectively manage a variety of high quality scientific communications ensuring the efficient and timely implementation of projects.
Within this role you will be responsible for the following (this list is not exhaustive of course):
- Manages and maintains client relationship and acts as the day to day contact.
- Interacts with key international contacts and medical opinion leaders
- Uses scientific and commercial experience to develop and implement concepts and ideas that support clients marketing objectives
- Keeps fully abreast of developments / changes within the external environment that directly impact the client
- Generates project briefs, timelines and process documents
- Implements the timely delivery of effective services to the complete satisfaction of the client
- Independently manages a range of projects and provides input into more complex projects
- Provides coaching and guidance to more junior members of the team
- Organises regular project status meetings to track progress and keep the client updated
- Brief and coordinate internal project team(s) including staff and individuals from other departments and offices
- Attend conferences, scientific symposia, and advisory boards
- Responsible for generating and submitting estimates and billing schedules for each project
