Pharma Associate Director or Snr Research Manager - Newly Established Pharma Market Research Agency - West London
A global market research agency and consultancy, known for over 20 years for providing high level expertise in business and consumer research is seeking an Associate Director for their healthcare and pharmaceutical market research team.
Internationally this company has an established healthcare presence, and a history of providing quantitative and qualitative primary market research solutions to some of the world’s leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. They’re now building a team in London, who will work with their international colleagues to plan, oversee and deliver UK and multi-country primary research studies. All work is ad-hoc, with a leaning towards quantitative research, although often an element of qual is involved in each project.
The role at Associate Director ( AD ) level will involve designing and overseeing pharmaceutical market research projects, working directly with clients and participating in business development through credentials meeting and proposals, and managing and supporting more junior researchers. At a Senior Research Manager level you will also have the opportunity to get involved with these aspects, but depending on your experience, perhaps with slightly more support.
We’re looking for candidates with proven agency-side experience of pharmaceutical and healthcare market research, although those with a mix of agency and clientside experience will certainly be considered. You will have experience of working at a level similar to Associate Director or Research Manager, and will be capable of working across the project lifecycle for ad-hoc research. Hands on experience of quantitative techniques is essential, but those with mixed methodologies expertise are also of interest.
