Research Executive - Leading Boutique Pharma Agency - Oxfordshire

We are looking for an experienced Research Executive or a top graduate, preferable with a life sciences degree and a keen interest in market research. Our client is a healthcare ad hoc research agency that offers a great working environment within a small team but with the benefits of being part of a larger organisation.  They specialise in pharmaceutical, OTC, health and beauty and medical device research, conducting a mix of qualitative and quantitative projects for many blue chip clients.

The position of Research Executive involves liaising closely with the team and clients to handle projects.  Key responsibilities include, project management to ensure accurate and timely completion of the project, questionnaire and survey guide writing, drawing up schedules for projects, managing fieldwork, data analysis of quantitative and qualitative information and writing presentations.

To succeed in this role you will ideally have market research experience as an RE (or equivalent) and will be keen to move into a progressive organisation where you are encouraged to develop your skills and grow your career. Alternatively we will also consider a high flyer graduate with a strong degree from a leading university.  It is not essential that you have healthcare market research experience, but must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest and understanding of the field. You must be a real self-starter, with excellent communication skills, the ability to work with others, an innovative/ creative mind, and a desire to learn as much as possible and take up new opportunities.
