Research Manager/ Account Manager - Pharmaceutical Insight Market Research - Warwickshire

An Account Insight Manager, or Research Manager is sought for a leading consumer insight and advisory business who are expanding their pharmaceutical / healthcare market research team.

This team specialises in ad-hoc research projects for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, delivering quantitative research solutions to some of the world’s most successful pharmaceutical companies. The role will involve working closely with clients, ensuring needs are met, and collaborating with account directors in managing budgets for these clients. You will have involvement in proposal writing, questionnaire design, coding, analysis, and delivery to clients through reports and presentations. There is also the opportunity to manage and develop junior members of staff, and get involved in winning business through pitching.

We’re looking for somebody with a proven track record in market research, demonstrated skills in building client relationships, analysis, writing proposals and presentations. You should have experience of team working and be willing to step into a team management/leadership post. Desirable criteria are experience of Pharma/ healthcare research, experience of brands and media research and a second EU language, although this is not essential.
