Senior Research Executive - Leading Boutique Pharma Agency - Oxfordshire

We are looking for an experienced Senior Research Executive. Our client is a healthcare ad hoc research agency that offers a great working environment within a small team but with the benefits of being part of a larger organisation.  They specialise in pharmaceutical, OTC, health and beauty and medical device research, conducting a mix of qualitative and quantitative projects for many blue chip clients.

The position of Senior Research Executive involves liaising closely with the team and clients to handle projects and profitably develop business. Key responsibilities include taking briefs from existing clients, proposal writing and costing, project management to ensure accurate and timely completion of the project, questionnaire and survey guide writing, drawing up schedules for projects, supervising junior team members, data analysis of quantitative and qualitative information, monitoring performance against budgeted costs, and writing presentations.

To succeed in this role you will have already have market research experience either as an experienced RE or SRE (or equivalent) and will be keen to move into a progressive organisation where you are encouraged to develop your skills and grow your career. You will be able to demonstrate experience of designing research projects using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, project management skills, good client liaison skills, and a proven ability to analyse and interpret information. You will have experience of working on ad-hoc projects in an agency environment. It is not essential that you have healthcare market research experience, but must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest and understanding of the field. You must be a real self-starter, with excellent communication skills, the ability to work with others, an innovative/ creative mind, and a desire to learn as much as possible and take up new opportunities.
