Senior Research Manager or Associate Director - Pharmaceutical Market Research Company - Oxfordshire

Carrot Pharma Recruitment is working with Healthcare Research Worldwide, a leading and award winning market research agency specialising in healthcare market research, to recruit an Associate Director or Senior Research Manager.

Healthcare Research Worldwide take a truly collaborative approach to the projects they work on; they work closely with a range of loyal and well thought of clients to develop the most appropriate methodologies for projects anywhere in the world. They work across the healthcare sector including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, over the counter (OTC) products, nutrition, personal care etc, so give their researchers a genuine opportunity to step outside of just pharma.

The ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR or SENIOR RESEARCH MANAGER role is important to the team; over the last few years they have consistently grown their business and as a result now really do need somebody at a senior level to fulfil projects and input intop the company strategy. You will learn new approaches, help optimise their current offering, and support and develop the rest of the team.

You will need to have

• a true interest in research and the healthcare (pharmaceutical industry)
• Previous ad-hoc agency experience
• Ideally strong qualitative skills as well as quant, although a qual bias is also very much of interest.
• Previous pharmaceutical experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fluent written and spoken English, and a clean UK driving licence is desirable.
