Senior Medical Writer

A well established medical communications agency are searching for a Senior Medical Writer who has recent experience within CVD, oncology, infectious diseases or respiratory medicine.

The successful individual will have a strong science background up to a higher degree (MSc, PhD, MBBS) level and will be responsible for developing a broad range of scientific documents (including publications, conference abstracts, posters and slide kits).

Experience within a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical environment is required along with well developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Due to the requirements of the position a proven ability to thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst delivering high quality materials is essential. You will also be required to demonstrate good communication skills for effective and professional liaison with clients and healthcare professionals as well as internal colleagues. Line management experience is also required for this position.
