International Marketing Manager - Medical Devices - Bracknell

Our client is a specialist Medical Devices company with a strong presence in the US, Europe and the Middle East. They develop technologies for the provision of innovative nursing and pharmacist solutions such as compounding systems, automated filling systems, oral & enteral feeding systems, IV administration and dose management. They are US owned but from the UK they run the entire International operation which covers mainly Europe and the Middle East.

This role is critical for the success of a number of their products and the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, working closely with and managing a small marketing team in the Bracknell offices including a Market Analyst and a Marketing Support Coordinator to ensure revenue growth across the portfolio.

To apply, you must have prior marketing and line management experience within a medical devices or healthcare company and experience of working with nurses and pharmacists as your main customer base. You must be degree educated, have strong interpersonal and communications skills, be able to use the MS Office suite at an intermediate level ultimately proven ability to create, plan, implement and successfully manage marketing campaigns on an international scale. You must also be within a reasonable commuting distance to Bracknell.
