Senior Director - International Medical Communications Agency - Oxford

A global Medical Communications Agency requires a senior director to work within their growing Oxford team.  As Senior Director you will primarily be responsible for the development and maintenance of client relationships, management of your team, and ensuring profitability and growth.

The role involves working within a busy team to shape the long-term strategic direction of accounts. You will be a senior client contact and therefore a desire to liaise with clients and build relationships is essential. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude to new projects, and will be an inspiring and motivational leader, keen to think of innovative ways of delivering medical communications.

The successful candidate will have around 8 year’s previous experience from medical communications agencies and also experience of team and client management. Candidates should have a strong understanding of business and its applications and will also have a solid financial understanding. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience, and work within a supportive agency which strives itself on being non-hierarchical and informal.
