Editorial Team Leader – Innovative Medical Comms Agency -  Oxfordshire - £45K to £50K

Our client, a leading medical and pharmaceutical communications agency based in Oxford now has an opening for a Principal Medical Writer or Editorial Team Leader who would like the opportunity to move into more of an overseeing role. The successful candidate will be joining a very highly regarded agency, which is growing rapidly. They offer a very flexible and supportive environment where you are given every opportunity to develop your skills and to take on new responsibilities.

The successful candidate will take on a hybrid role, splitting their time across overseeing projects and mentoring other experienced writers, strategic planning and client liaison, well as completing writing projects themselves. They will be working across a range of different areas but will have a focus on Cardiology, therefore an interest in this area is desirable. The role will require someone who is used to providing strategic input on projects, and someone who can facilitate client’s strategic goals. Strong communications skills are essential as you will be communicating with clients and physicians on a regular basis. You will need a life science degree as a minimum, and at least 4 years writing experience.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for that next step up and a new challenge.
