Director/Assoc Director – Patient-reported Outcomes

My client is a global leader in healthcare consultancy, taking pride in offering clients within the pharmaceutical sector the very best in strategic consultancy and tactical delivery.

With on-going growth, an enviable approach to people development, senior staff with extensive industry experience and numerous eminent experts in their chosen fields, they offer one of the world’s finest task forces in bringing health outcomes to life and with offices in the US, the UK, and Japan they offer a genuine global reach.

As part of their continued growth, they now wish to appoint a Director or Associate Director to join their Patient-Reported Outcomes team. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is looking to apply and enhance their healthcare research skills in a rapidly-moving field.

To be considered for this role, you will hold a relevant qualification in health psychology or a related social science discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification. You must have strategic insight into Patient-Reported Outcomes, and an in-depth knowledge of qualitative research methods. You will have significant experience in designing, participating in and ideally leading projects in a healthcare consultancy, the pharma industry/medical devices, or a research institution.

Excellent analytical and writing skills, team behaviours as well as good communication skills are essential. In return, you will build on your existing knowledge and skills, quickly acquiring the ability to work autonomously with an impressive list of clients.
