Pharma or Biotech Editor

My client is a Global Publishing company based in Cheshire in the North West of England. They produce and manage a number of high profile titles across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, and more importantly they manage one of the most widely distributed magazines amongst target HCP’s across a range of disciplines.

They are now looking to recruit an Editor to maintain the position of the title as the leading publication within its market. They require the successful candidate to act as a chief representative for the brands as well as work as part of an international team.

You must possess previous scientific/trade journal experience, preferably in the biological and/or pharmaceutical sciences. As well as having a high attention to detail, you will need to have magazine and news features writing experience. Knowledge of basic scientific editing conventions across both chemical and genetic areas, as well as perfect English grammar and style.

As well as being a creative thinker, and have that ability to sport trends you will also be required to speak at public events and provide innovative ideas  idea’s and solutions that go above and beyond existing products and services.

This is a niche opportunity for someone with the right skills and experience.
