Our client is a leading medical communications agency providing a whole range of strategic communications solutions to a range of global Pharma clients. They are now looking for someone to join their team at Account Director level, to lead and proactively develop medical education accounts.

As Account Director you would be responsible for driving client programmes forward, developing and expanding the services offered to maximise account profits and scope. You would be expected to manage large budgets and make substantial contributions from your team’s efforts. To this end you will be responsible for ensuring your team meets all set targets.

We are looking for someone with relevant commercial and operational experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical communications agency environments with a demonstrable track record of handling brands across the pharmaceutical product lifecycle. We are also looking for evidence of development and delivery of strategic/ tactical communication/publications plans. You will possess excellent negotiation skills, strong networking and selling skills with the ability to get the best out of your team. In return our client offers an excellent package and investment in its staff.

In return the client can offer a salary of up to £55K DOE and a comprehensive benefits package.
