Medical Writer, Medical Education agency - Amersham, £25-32k DOE + benefits
Set up in 2000, a successful Medical Education agency is looking for an experienced medical writer to bolster their existing editorial team. You will be a science graduate, having ideally achieved a PhD along with a very strong knowledge of all relevant medical and scientific terminology. At least one year’s experience of medical writing is essential, whether it be from within a healthcare communications agency or a pharmaceutical company (client side) environment.
The range of work will range from peer review articles to conference and advisory boards, along with the opportunity for commissioning and editing articles for many of the agencies own publications. As a result a keen eye for detail and a flair for language are essential attributes in order to be successful in this position and fully integrate into the existing editorial team. The position is based in the agency’s offices in Amersham, South Bucks, close to all local amenities and with good links to Central London.
