We conducted structured interviews with internal stakeholders and recent unsuccessful applicants. 

We reviewed materials used throughout the hiring process and we analysed numerical data on conversion rates at all stages.

Our insights and recommendations led to a streamlined recruitment process, with better candidate engagement, more suitable assessment methods and a faster turnaround.  

Within three months they had managed to successfully hire for both roles.
