A UK-based CRO were struggling to meet gender D&I quotas in several of their teams. They wanted to know if competitors were facing similar challenges.
To map talent across 8 of the client’s competitors, then analyse their gender diversity.
For each chosen competitor we mapped talent in certain teams, recording key information such as title, location, gender and education.
Data was analysed and converted into a report on each competitor with recommendations for action.
Based on these recommendations, the client implemented new hiring policies which allowed them to steadily improve diversity within their organisation.
