As a growing business, our client wanted a more formal and consistent approach in assessing and improving their employee engagement.
Our brief was to conduct an initial engagement survey across 64 employees covering key themes to be used as a benchmark for future surveys.
We designed a 30-question survey which covered topics such as compensation, career advancement, culture, loyalty and company values. Employees completed it anonymously via a link provided by us.
The survey results showed where the client was doing well but also provided ideas for where they might improve. These ideas were implemented swiftly.
The survey was set up to be repeated quarterly to monitor progress, maintain a happy workforce and reduce attrition.
