We were engaged to investigate the potential reasons as to why staff retention was lower than industry averages and to recommend methods to increase loyalty and increase average tenure.
To identify potential issues, we conducted interviews with internal stakeholders, implemented a 20-question employee engagement survey, reviewed notes from exit interviews and spoke with several past employees who’d left within the past year.
A full report presented the findings and offered clear recommendations to the client as to how retention could be improved.
