Talented Research Manager wanted for highly regarded healthcare MR agency based in Oxfordshire/London! Our client is an adhoc market research agency, specialising in the healthcare sector, with offices in both Oxfordshire and central London:

Wealth of experience across OTC, device diagnostics, consumer healthcare and pharma

Projects spanning the entire product lifecycle

Experts in both Quantitative and Qualitative methodologies

Consultancy focus - providing actionable recommendations and engaging with brand teams

The Role
As a Research Manager, you will have responsibility for global project research requirements of nominated and potential clients, ensuring that the full range of HRW services is understood, agreeing quotations, closing contracts, and managing research projects to such quality that repeat business is generated. Responsibilities include:

Leading global projects from set up through to presentation delivery

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
-
Business Development - both repeat and new business
-
Proposal writing
-
Coaching / Training junior members of the team
You
The successful candidate will have:
-
Prior experience working for a market research agency in similar role (SRE looking to make that next step up)
-
Experience in Quant and/or Qual
-
Strong presenting skills
-
Adhoc project experience
-
Highly developed project management, communication and analytical skills
-
Pharmaceutical/healthcare sector knowledge or a genuine, demonstrable interest in the industry
