Scientific Project Coordinator – Entry Level - Medical Communications Agency – Alderley Edge, Cheshire– £25-30 + 16-21% bonus + incredible benefits package

An incredibly rare hybrid position combining the more common medical writer and account manager roles within medical communications, offering a MSc or PhD graduate the option to try both avenues, with full training, before progressing down their route of choice

The Role

As a Scientific Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the development of scientific and editorial content (publications, slide decks, reports, training materials, posters, abstracts, websites, apps etc.)
  • Attending internal update meetings and join the wider team on onsite client meetings (symposia, advisory boards, congresses, client–agency meetings)
  • Project management duties
  • Being a point of contact for clients
  • Developing an understanding of key industry guidelines

You

To be considered for this Scientific Project Coordinator vacancy you will be able to demonstrate:

  • PhD or MSc qualification - essential
  • Passion for science and the desire to have a career in medical communications
  • Good communications skills – your role will involve contact with clients and HCPs
  • An understanding of what medical communications is
