The Role

We are recruiting for an inspiring and motivational Account Director to work with a modern, well-known Central London based medical communications agency as they expand their team.

The Role

As Account Director, you will be working closely with the Head of Healthcare to support them in the successful delivery of promotional campaigns, managing accounts and mentoring the junior members on the team. Key tasks will include;

  • Maintaining an excellent working relationship with your client(s)
  • The full delivery of your dedicated programme(s)
  • Have direct line management for 2-3 team members
  • Motivate, coach and inspire your team



To be considered for this Account Director role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • You will currently be working in an Account Director within the medical communications industry - this is essential
  • 3-5 years Healthcare experience is a must
  • Global experience is an advantage
