The Role

Due to the company's best year on record, this global healthcare marketing agency are looking to bring on board an experience Account Director to work across a range of Oncology accounts with a specific focus on the exciting area of immunotherapy. You will be responsible for:

  • Client management - the delivery and management of projects with a view of building long term relationships between the agency and client accounts.

  • The development and delivery of high level strategic and creative output across various accounts.

  • Team management including budget management, stakeholder management and junior account handler development.

  • The development of multichannel strategies and tactical plans against highly creative briefs.



On top of 3 years' experience working within a similar role, the ideal candidate will:

  • Have a strong scientific education and background.

  • Have experience of working in the areas of Immunotherapy or Oncology.

  • A keen eye for detail and motivation to bring the best out of junior members of staff.

  • You will have fantastic written and verbal communication skills.

  • You will be a creative superstar and love giving your input to campaigns that have a massive impact on people's lives.

I enjoy acting and have starred in a variety of TV shows - some involving a lot of prosthetics! I also have a background in Biochemistry.
