The Role

As an Account Director you will be responsible for:
  • Operating as an account lead, responsible for your own team
  • Strategic direction of your account(s)
  • Budget management and financial reporting
  • Ensuring work is of an excellent standard going beyond client expectations
  • New business development, although we are looking for candidates with more of a "consultative approach"

You

As Account Director you will take a consultative approach to your work, and be able to demonstrate:
  • Experience working at a strategic Account Director level within an agency setting
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical clients on medical communications / medical education projects
  • Budget management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team leadership experience
