Which area do you specialise in?

I specialise in attracting and resourcing high calibre candidates for junior level Medical Communications teams.

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I keep up-to-date using groups on LinkedIn and by keeping in regular contact with people currently working in the industry. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I love films, so there's far too many to choose from! If I had to pick one it would probably be the Harry Potter series. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd invent a machine that made me a coffee as soon as I woke up - that would make getting out of bed much easier!

I like to treat everyone as an individual and feel my psychology degree has helped me gain an insight into different people's perspective and motivations.

The Role

Brilliant opportunity for an Account Executive / Senor Account Executive to join the healthcare communications branch of a well-established, London city centre-based comms company. The role will involve assisting more senior members of the close-knot team to deliver integrated communication programmes for a wide range of pharma clients. The Role

This Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive role will involve supporting the Senior members of the Account Management team to develop and deliver integrated communication programmes for a wide range of pharma clients. This role will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Participating in the development of PR activities, including preparing budgets for these activities, for approval by clients.

  • Liaising with the client when appropriate, including attending client meetings and preparing contact reports.

  • Liaising with the media through pitching stories and feature ideas.

  • Organising events.

  • Attending new business pitches and assisting with new business opportunities when required.
