The Role

Account Manager (Events) - Med Comms / Pharma - Central London - £Competitive 

Well-established agency, offering small local through to large, complex global events for the healthcare industry, are expanding their client services team with an experienced Events Account Manager.

They specialise in events, ranging from international conferences, exhibitions, congress and satellite symposia. The Role

An excellent opportunity to control and manage multiple logistics operations to support of the efficient delivery of high-quality and timely conferences/events across the world. The successful Events Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage your own delegated accounts including being the first point of contact for the client

  • Project managing your delegated events, including liaising with production, stand producers and third party suppliers

  • Fully understand the requirements of the projects, seeing through from brief to finally delivery exceeding client expectations and budgets

  • Managing several projects simultaneously when required whilst still ensuring exceptional delivery

 

You

In order to make a successful application to the Events Account Manager role, you will be able to hit the ground running and therefore able to demonstrate:

  • A number of years' experience in events project management is essential

  • Project managing on 500 attendee events highly beneficial

  • Account management experience being the first point of contact for the client

  • Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations is ideal, but candidates with 8 years events account management experience in another industry could still be considered
