What's your favourite film and why?

I'm struggling to choose just one! I'm a big fan of the Bond films and of course love a good rom-com! 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A real Bernard's Watch! Pausing time whenever you choose would be so cool!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

I enjoy acting and have starred in a variety of TV shows - some involving a lot of prosthetics! I also have a background in Biochemistry. 


The Role

Account Manager- Creative Communications Agency- London- £30k-£40k


The Company

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a healthcare communications agency who specialise in working across advertising, medical education, and digital, on a range of prescription and OTC projects for top pharma/healthcare companies. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team. Incredibly patient centric.

The Role

This Account Manager position would give you the opportunity to take ownership of projects and have a real responsibility for your accounts across a wide range of project areas. Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Keeping clients informed of costs and timeline progress at every stage.

  • Assessing creative work against the client brief. If adjustments need to be made then you will be able to give constructive and objective feedback.

  • When making financial decisions you will have a clear understanding of the impact of your actions on the efficiency of the agency.

  • Working alongside account directors to develop recommendations and strategies for clients.

  • Maintaining client relationships and helping establish new ones.



If you have experience within healthcare communications, working at the Account Manager level, with a creative flair and a desire to work in a highly patient-centric environment then this position may be a perfect match for you. Along with this:

  • You will buy into the agency's beliefs, values and patient centric approach, and be able to translate this into how these relate to the clients' aspirations.

  • You will have excellent time management skills to achieve deadlines and prioritise tasks.

  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • You will be able to conduct at times difficult conversations without demotivating the team.

  • You will be able to self-reflect and identify your own training and development needs.
