The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be a valued partner to your clients; providing advice, guidance and consultation on a day-to-day basis throughout a project; handling the daily activities and ensuring the overall brief is attended to. You will:

  • Work closely with clients to realise their vision and work alongside senior management team to develop strategies

  • Oversee and mentor junior members of the team to ensure agency activities run smoothly

  • Managing multiple projects, collaborating and working with team, agency and partners to compromise and negotiate deadlines, changes and budgets

  • Transforms client briefs into compelling creative proposals, able to communicate clearly and effectively to the team

  • Present confidently enthusiastically to clients to showcase plans and creative work

 

You

To be suitable for this Account Manager opportunity you should currently be working at SAE level looking to step up or be a junior/mid-level AM looking to join an agency that will reward and value your hard work!

  • A strong account handling background gained in a busy/fast-paced agency setting

  • A creative approach to healthcare communications and a passion for both science, branding and education

  • Through-the-line experience across all channels including TV/Print/Digital & Social Media

  • A keen interest in healthcare/pharma/science

  • You should be an effective communicator with a proactive, confident and friendly manner

  • You should be a real team player who wants to produce great results as part of a successful, hardworking and supportive team
