Associate Director, Value Communications. Globally recognised Healthcare Consulting/Market Access company who's success in the market sees continued growth. Central London based with occasional travel to Head Office. £competitive (based on experience) + bonus and package.

The Role

In position as Associate Director, you will be responsible for the management of Value Communications projects from inception to delivery, including:

  • The day to day management of project staff, including workload allocation and quality of input

  • Liaising with clients and project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle

  • Playing a lead role in the development of bid proposals and presentation

  • Conducting business development activity to obtain new opportunity alongside repeat business from the existing network

  • Working with the senior team to develop service offerings and promote these both internally and externally

  • Ensuring the delivery quality of all project content alongside contributing to content yourself.



In order to make a successful application to the role of Associate Director - Value Communications, you MUST demonstrate:

  • A strong scientific background with a first or second degree in life sciences and/or health economics.

  • Roust experience working within a Healthcare Consulting environment where Market Access or Value Communications has been part of your core role

  • Experience in Project Management - execution and delivery leadership

  • The ability to efficiently produce client-ready documents of extremely high quality - this will include content such as GVD and HTA content.

  • Experience in multi stakeholder liaison and engagement

  • **Please not that this role is based in Central London but travel to the Manchester area will be required twice per month**

Without doubt the amount of and potential use of Real-World Data & Real-World Evidence is leading to a lot of companies investing heavily in the hope of utilising this data. This is leading to huge advancements in Healthcare Technology in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms which will dramatically alter Healthcare over the coming years.

This is alongside Pharma companies working with various country specific regulators to combat an ever-ageing population, increased demands on national budgets and the need for increased collaboration across local and regional levels.
