The Role

Associate Director/Director Value Communications. Specialist Independent Market Access company. Remote/Home working. £70k to £100k bonus and package

This independently owned business has been in operation for a few years and has seem phenomenal success with Global Healthcare and Pharma clients; winning and successfully delivering a range of projects in Market Access and Value Comms. As part of this team you will:

The Role

This role will be responsible for executing and delivering high profile Value Communications projects, including:

  • Assisting with the development of different approaches to communicate client market access strategies

  • Researching and writing content for client deliverables, in collaboration with the wider team, on brief, on budget, on time. (eg, GVDs, Payer Comms etc)

  • Contributing to projects supporting product strategy development, such as evidence reviews and gap analyses, reports from advisory boards manuscripts and other publications

  • Developing reports and publications from primary research projects and advisory boards

  • Fostering excellent working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure repeat business an leverage new opportunity.

  • Reviewing and editing materials devised by other team members as required.

  • Responding to RFPs



In order to make a successful application to the role of Associate Director/Director Value Communications, you MUST demonstrate:

  • A degree and/or post-graduate qualification in life sciences, health sciences, health economics or a related subject.

  • Experience of developing high quality market access communications, to include, value messages, Global Value Dossiers, value slide sets, briefing books and market access tool kits.

  • Excellent understanding of the Pharmaceutical lifecycle including the drug development and clinical trial processes.

  • Knowledge of medical databases and search engines

  • Excellent communication skills to foster, develop and sustain collaboration with internal peers and external stakeholders

  • Proven experience in managing concurrently running projects

  • Fluency in English is required (fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.)

  • Experience in or the aptitude to work efficiently and comfortably in a remote/home based capacity.

This is alongside Pharma companies working with various country specific regulators to combat an ever-ageing population, increased demands on national budgets and the need for increased collaboration across local and regional levels.
