The Role

Due to internal growth and new business wins. This healthcare agency is now looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. The role is varied and will include:

  • Support the Account Lead to ensure that projects are completed to timescales and budgets.

  • Working on a range of digital projects, including brand building, websites/microsites, social media, mobile sites and applications etc.

  • Project managing both digital and traditional workflows.

  • Mentoring junior members of the team when needed.



To be considered for this Project Manager role, you'll have previous experience working within a digital agency environment, ideally pharmaceuticals, in project management roles.

  • You will have experience working on both rapid MVP/prototype and full production projects and the profitable delivery of them.

  • You will have good project management experience, with a thorough understanding of Agile and Waterfall.

  • You will be experienced as both a team manager and team player.

  • You will be confident to manage upwards when required.

  • You will know how to get the most from all members of the team, including the production and client services team.

A chocolate-making machine that would be a normal household object to be used daily, like a toaster.
