The Role

Platform Manager - Pharmaceutical Company - Berkshire - £55 - 60K + Benefits & Bonus

This large Pharma company is highly reputable in its field, offering services within Consumer and Animal Heath. Its product portfolio spans multiple therapy areas and provides the market with both prescription and OTC products. You will:

  • Be trained and developed continuously to meet your career goals
  • Be exposed to many other internal departments, actively utilising resources to aide your own work
  • Be located within commuting distance of both the M4 and M3

 

The Role

The Platform Manager role will be based in our client's offices in the UK within their Customer Excellent Team. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing Platform Development
  • Deployment and integration of both proprietary and third party platforms
  • Supplying content development
  • Data management
  • Creating data frameworks to enable a data driven customer journey

 

You

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • CRM, Database Management or Platform Management experience
  • Experience using Adobe Campaign or a Similar Tool
  • Strong troubleshooting technical knowledge
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous pharmaceutical experience (not essential)
