I specialise in recruiting Junior to Director level Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance professionals within Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Devices and Animal Health.

The Role

Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist, salary negotiable depending on experience plus 10% bonus, car allowance and an extensive list of benefits, Berkshire

One of the world's leading pharma and healthcare companies have a number of great opportunities for experienced Regulatory professionals to join their Regulatory Affairs teams, including a Senior level Specialist / Associate at their Berkshire site.

The Role

The Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring and leading junior team members

  • Having complete ownership of your own commercial projects and seeing them through to completion, allowing delivery of NPDs into a global market

  • Assisting the RA Manager with operational and strategic NPD delivery



The successful Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist will be able to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years Regulatory experience

  • OTC experience is essential

  • Experience liaising with commercial and marketing teams

  • Experience seeing projects through to completion

  • Experience mentoring junior team members

  • An agile, dynamic and ambitious attitude, with the desire to progress into a management role
