The Company

Our client is a well established Consumer Healthcare business that has a market leading portfolio of products. Based in Greater London, they are looking for a bright and career driven marketer that is looking to further their career in a fast paced and dynamic environment as a Brand Activation Manager.


The Role

Due to an internal promotion within the team my client is now looking for a Brand Activation Manager who will be responsible for translating the brand strategy into achievable objectives and tactics. The Brand Activation Manager will report directly into the Marketing Controller, as well as direct contact with the Marketing Director and Managing Director. You will:

  • Plan and achieve budgeted sales and profitability targets in line with agreed expenditure and consumer and trade strategies.

  • Champion the brand, internally and externally; be the authority for the brand.

  • Annually make recommendations for brand execution plans.

  • Manage marketing spend, providing optimum communication plans that deliver return on investment.

  • Excite key stakeholder and engage the trade with the introduction of brand range extensions and new product launches.

  • Support Innovation team on building the future EPD and NPD pipeline for the brand and roll out into market.



  • Degree level qualification or CIM equivalent.

  • Strong all round relevant FMCG/Healthcare marketing experience with exposure to all of the marketing mix.

  • Experience of brand planning and evidence of successful implementation.

  • Experience of working on the advertising process, with a keen creative eye.

  • Experience of planning and analysing trade promotional activity.

I'm definitely much more of a boxset type of person. I have a very low attention span for films - I'm currently going through the Vikings series and I love it! 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A teleporting device where I could be in any country in the world within as short a time as possible. Love to travel but dislike the actual travelling element!
