With an expanding list of healthcare clients and some ambitious goals for the future, this boutique advertising agency are searching for an ambitious Senior Account Manager to join them at this exciting time.

The Role

Due to organic growth and new business wins, this creative agency is searching for an experienced Account Director to take a lead role on new accounts and drive the business forward. Reporting directly into the Client Services Director, the successful Account Director will be managing all aspects of the agencies Pharma accounts, going above expectations to deliver on agreed briefs and objectives.

  • Lead key client relationships. Ensure that work is scoped, planned and delivered to exceptional standards.

  • Seek client development opportunities as well as contributing to the processes involved in winning new business.

  • Manage and exceed client expectations - ensure that work is delivered on-time, within budget and to the highest standards.

  • Play a leading role in the introducing of processes when working with large pharmaceutical clients.



You'll have previous experience within healthcare communications either agency or client side. Strong account handling skills are a must as is the desire to help develop the healthcare offering further. Experience of working on promotional accounts would be highly beneficial.

  • Previous agency experience (within healthcare communications / advertising)

  • Experience of working with Pharma clients

  • Strong client management skills

  • 3 years account handling experience

What's your favourite film and why?

Tim Burton's Big Fish has to be my go-to film of choice. An over the top, fantastical and emotional story of epic proportions full of weird and quirky touches...escapism at it's finest!

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

If I could invent one thing it would be to make the Replicator from Star Trek a reality - I love food but hate cooking after a busy day in the office so this would be ideal!
