The Role

As a Client Services Director you will lead, manage and coach a team of client managers with intent of delivering amazing work. You will be expected to:

  • Manage the strategic and operational aspects of multiple client accounts

  • Deliver first class client service

  • Maintain and continue to develop existing client business

  • Work closely with your team to drive their skills and expectations.



With a proven track record in leading client services teams within an advertising/marketing agency, you will have considerable experience in Pharmaceutical and health marketing, branding and marketing strategy, and acting as a senior client point person. My client is looking for someone who is:

  • A strong leader who can inspire and motivate their teams

  • Commercial acumen and can spot opportunities for business growth

  • Strategic thinker and ideas generator

  • Can successfully manage and develop client relationships

Speaking to candidates and clients on a daily basis allows me to keep up-to-date with changes and news in my industry. I also find LinkedIn groups and professional journals are invaluable for keeping on top of industry topics. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Tim Burton's Big Fish has to be my go-to film of choice. An over the top, fantastical and emotional story of epic proportions full of weird and quirky touches...escapism at it's finest!

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

If I could invent one thing it would be to make the Replicator from Star Trek a reality - I love food but hate cooking after a busy day in the office so this would be ideal!
