I specialise in attracting and resourcing high calibre candidates for our Marketing and Market Research teams.

I keep up-to-date using groups on LinkedIn and by keeping in regular contact with people currently working in the industry. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I love films, so there's far too many to choose from! If I had to pick one it would probably be the Harry Potter series. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd invent a machine that made me a coffee as soon as I woke up - that would make getting out of bed much easier!

I like to treat everyone as an individual and feel my psychology degree has helped me gain an insight into different people's perspective and motivations.

The product manager will be responsible for an extensive and innovative wound care portfolio, which encompasses a mix of both established brands and new products.
