I work as part of the Market Acces, HEOR and Value Comms team at Carrot Pharma Recruitment.

I cover all Junior to Mid-Level roles within my sector.

What's your favourite film and why?

Tough decision between Prisoners and No Country For Old Men - both are excellent films but No Country wins based on intensity and number of times I've watched it.

The Role

Senior Administrator / Personal Assistant - Healthcare Company - Cheshire - £21,000 -£26,000 + Benefits.


My Client

My client is an established Healthcare business based in Cheshire- they are an international company with offices across the UK , Europe and the USA. As part of one of their ever- growing and expanding teams they are looking to bring on an experienced Administrator / PA into the business to manage and coordinate activities and diaries for one of the Business Directors. This role comes with a lot of variety and exposure to different areas but you will be very well supported and developed whilst in the position.


You will ideally have some knowledge in the following areas:

  • Manage and support the MD on a day to day basis regarding travel, business needs, diary management.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the business.
  • Process and manage expense claims across the team.
  • Arranging & following up on internal and external meetings providing support and help where appropriate.
  • Recording and working on HR records.
  • Arranging and co-ordinating various company social events when required.
  • Being the focal point for all business recruitment when required including both direct sourcing and agency liaison.
