Have a look at our webpage and social media feeds to find out more about who we are and what we do.

What is the Opportunity?

We currently have an excellent opportunity for someone to join the team and pick up the reins on a very warm desk here at Carrot, with the focus primarily on the recruitment of Pharma Sales Talent across the UK. This area has been established for a number of years, and benefits from a very strong and in-depth database of candidates and clients whom we’ve partnered with during that time.  The successful candidate will join a superb team in a premium market where fee potential is significant and, with plenty of scope for market expansion, there are great career development opportunities with this role.

  • 25 days annual leave (including shut down at Christmas/New Year!)
  • 2 additional duvet days per year!!
  • Ability to buy or sell extra annual leave days

What's in it for you?

We will provide full sector training and there are opportunities for further training and career development. We actively encourage professional development and very much allow our consultants to work with real autonomy, but with strong support where required. The culture of the company has been described as friendly, busy, fun, collaborative and supportive. We are lucky enough to have a great brand, an innovative team and a great reputation within our sector. We will give you autonomy and the ability to grow your own 'desk' with the right level of support and encouragement.

What would we like to see from you?

  • A good level of recruitment experience with clear evidence of success, ideally from within a professional services sector.
  • Highly organised and tenacious with ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Very strong communication skills and an ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong business developer & networker.

  • A personable demeanour and a sense of humour will ensure you fit in well.

What Next?

For further information or just an informal chat around your background and potential suitability, please don't hesitate to call me. I look forward to hearing from you!

Martin Anderson

Which team do you work in?
I oversee operations.

What makes you distinctly different?
That's a hard one. I like a project. Some ongoing examples - my veggie patch, my mini orchard, my chickens, working on the family tree, astronomy and astrophotography, learning Italian, and my latest one...wait for it...learning to ride a unicycle, which was a random present for my 40th! Thinking possibly bee hives next year...
