Account Director - Publications - Head Up A New Team - Cheshire - £Competitive

A highly respected company are looking for an experienced Account Director to help shape the future of business and expand on their incredible success to date. Looking for more autonomy and playing a part in making business decisions? The scope of this role is endless, starting with being the first North West based presence for this particular division of the company and growing a brand-new team.

The Role

As the Account Director, you will have a key role in business growth and be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships

  • Develop and implement strategy to deliver above and beyond client expectations

  • Budget and financial management

  • Working closely with internal editorial and studio teams and external parties as required

  • Travelling when required

 

You

In order to make a successful application to the Account Director role, you will be able to hit the ground running and therefore able to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an account handling role

  • Experience managing publications accounts is essential

  • Experience leading accounts and managing an account handling team

  • Excellent financial and budget management skills

  • Ambition and drive to grow and develop your very own team working in a different office to the existing team
